EXPERIENCE
Chris cut his teeth as a Planner in Southern California. He began his career working as a Special Asst. to the Director Survey Statistician at the Bureau of the Census. He also worked as an Associate Planner in the City Long Beach. He spent 15 years as a Professor at the University of Southern California. Following his time in Socal, he spent several years as an Adjunct Lecturer at California State University and Principal Planner with the City of Oxnard. He's is currently in located in Newark, DE where he works as an At Large Planning Commissioner.
